In your letter of 9 November, you write that you will send me my "debt" in small installments. I would like you to send them as soon as possible, however small the installments. (If there is money, send it directly to me in Kostino.) I say this because I need money desperately. Everything would be bearable were it not for this illness, but this accursed illness, requiring care (i.e., money), drives me out of all balance and patience. I am waiting. As soon as I receive the German books, I shall supplement the articles and send them in revised form...

Yours, Iosif.

The address on the postcard: "Austria (Galicia) Krakau. Ulica Lubomirskiego No. 35. An Herrn Radomilski. Osterreich. Mogilska 10." A corner of the postcard with the date in the upper left has been torn off. On the copy in the upper left corner are two notes in Stalin's hand: "1913.
