For the purpose of the rapid and rational utilization of trophy property, the following is prescribed as binding guidance:

1. All food cargoes are to be transferred, with the preparation of a proper certificate, to the nearest Provincial Food Supply Commission, with notification of the Food Supply Commission of the South-Western Front.

2. A general list of trophy property placed under inventory is to be transmitted in copy by the Army Trophy Commission to the chairmen of the local Supreme Economic Council and Provincial Food Supply Commission.

3. The following items are to be placed at the direct disposal of the Chairman of the Provincial Food Supply Commission without prior consultation with the center: horseshoes, tire rims, wheels, and wheel rims, with notification of the Food Supply Commission of the South-Western Front and the Central Administration of the Coal Industry. All other items may be transferred only upon obtaining authorization from the Front Trophy Commission.

4. This resolution enters into force by telegraph.
