2) Establish the closest ties with the most honest and most politically conscious peasants, especially with ex-Red Army men. They are your support;

3) Disseminate truth in the countryside, and proclaim for all the world to hear, untiringly proclaim, that the emancipation of the peasants is inconceivable without a fraternal alliance with the workers, that labour cannot achieve victory over capital unless the peasants are led
by the workers.
