Tatka!

I received all three letters. I could not reply immediately, as I was very busy. Now I am finally free. The Congress will end on the 10th-12th. I will be waiting for you; make sure you are not late returning. If your health requires it, stay longer.

I go out to the countryside from time to time. The children are healthy. I am not very happy with the tutor. She keeps running around the vicinity of the dacha and makes Vaska and Tomik run about from morning to night. I have no doubt that nothing will come of her studies with Vaska. No wonder Vaska is failing in German with her. A very strange woman.

I got somewhat tired during this time and lost a good deal of weight. I plan to rest these next few days and get back to normal.

Well, goodbye.

Ki-ss-es

Yours,

Iosif.
