I have learned from documents that technical assistance in nonferrous casting has still not been purchased. I consider this a crime against the Party and the working class. Without nonferrous casting we will have neither an electrical industry, nor aviation, nor machine-building in general. Technical assistance must be purchased immediately and without fail -- in Italy or Germany or America or from the devil himself -- but purchased it must be. Without the full mastery of nonferrous casting it is impossible to move forward. Please inform me what urgent measures you intend to take to eliminate this gap...
