Comrade Shumyatsky!

1) Shchors has turned out too coarse and uncultured. The actual character of Shchors must be restored.

2) Bozhenko did not quite come off. The author evidently sympathizes more with Bozhenko than with Shchors.

3) Shchors's staff is not visible. Why?

4) It cannot be that Shchors had no tribunal; otherwise he would not have shot soldiers himself over trifles (a tobacco box, etc.).

5) It is not good that Shchors appears less cultured and coarser than Chapaev. This is unnatural.
