PETITION
Being predisposed to pulmonary tuberculosis and seeing my health deteriorate day by day, I humbly venture to petition the Office of His Excellency not to leave me without attention and to release me, or at least to expedite the proceedings of my case.

NOTE
The petition bears the following inscription:
"I have the honor to submit this petition to His Honor the Deputy Prosecutor of the Batumi District. I report that, as can be seen from the directive of the Prosecutor of the Tiflis Judicial Chamber dated 16 October of this year, No. 1422, the case of the said prisoner has been transferred to the Office of the Governor-General. Prison Warden [signature]. No. 3097, 30 October 1902."

Имея в себе предрасположение к легочной чахотке и видя, как здоровье мое день за днем ухудшается — осмеливаюсь покорнейше просить Канцелярию Его Сиятельства не оставить меня без внимания и
освободить меня, или по крайней мере

Докладываю, что как видно из предписания гна Прокурора Тифлисской Судебной палаты от 16 сего Октября за № 1422, дело на названного арестанта передано в Канцелярию Главноначальствующего. Смотритель тюрьмы [подпись]. № 3097 30 октября 1902 года”.
