Очень прошу немедля двинуться в Питер в том расчете, чтобы в полдень 28-го быть в Смольном. Дело в том, что:
1) Получил ответ Рады, уклончивый, но все же довольно компромиссный (нужен наш ответ);
2) Сегодня были у меня делегаты — члены калединского войскового круга с вопросом, на каких условиях мы (Совет Народных Комиссаров) могли бы прекратить военные действия и посылку карательных экспедиций против Каледина (нужен наш ответ).
3) У меня было совещание с Прошьяном и его армянами, давшее общий декрет (нужна Ваша подпись).
Приезжайте, потом уедете обратно.
Наступление на Дутова идет. Дутов отступает, взрывая мосты. Наступление на Раду (с запада по приказу Ставки) пошло успешнее (есть донесение Тер-Арутюнянца). Троцкий из Бреста сообщает, что в вопросе о
месте
переговоров мы, вероятно, возьмем.
