The Cavalry Corps of Shkuro and Mamontov, created after such long effort by the Entente and Denikin as the backbone of the counter-revolution, have been utterly routed at Voronezh by Comrade Budyonny’s Cavalry Corps. Voronezh is in the hands of the Red heroes. A mass of trophies has been captured and is now being counted. It is already ascertained that all the enemy’s personally named armoured trains have been captured, the General Shkuro Armoured Train first among them. Pursuit of the routed enemy continues. The halo of invincibility created around the names of Generals Mamontov and Shkuro has been shattered by the valour of the Red heroes of Comrade Budyonny’s Cavalry Corps. Созданные долгими усилиями Антанты и Деникина конные корпуса Шкуро и Мамонтова,
как главный оплот контрреволюции, разбиты наголову в боях под Воронежем конным
корпусом тов. Буденного. Воронеж взят красными героями. Захвачена масса трофеев,
подсчет которых производится. Пока выяснено, что захвачены все именные
бронепоезда противника во главе с бронепоездом имени генерала Шкуро.
Преследование разбитого противника продолжается. Ореол непобедимости, созданный
вокруг имени генералов Мамонтова и Шкуро, доблестью красных героев конкорпуса т.
Буденного низвержен впрах.

El general con mando de fuerzas Revishin, hecho prisionero por nosotros en el Frente de Crimea el 10 de junio, ha declarado en mi presencia: a) las tropas de Wrángel reciben sus equipos, cañones, fusiles, tanques y sables principalmente de los ingleses y, en segundo término, de los franceses; b) ayudan a Wrángel desde el mar grandes buques ingleses y pequeños buques franceses; c) Wrángel recibe el combustible (líquido) de Batum (eso significa que Bakú no debe abastecer de combustible a Tiflis, que puede venderlo a Batum); d) el general Erdeli, que fue internado por Georgia y debía sernos entregado, en mayo se encontraba ya en Crimea (eso significa que Georgia juega sucio y nos está engañando). Las declaraciones del general Revishin acerca de la ayuda de Inglaterra y Francia a Wrángel están siendo tomadas taquigráficamente, y le enviaremos a Ud. una copia firmada por él, para que Chicherin pueda hacer uso de ellas.
