The valiant units of the Cavalry Army, having forced the River Sluch and broken through the enemy's fortified position with several rows of barbed-wire entanglements, at 10:00 on June 27 captured Novograd-Volynsky and are pursuing the enemy in a westerly direction. The count of captured trophies and prisoners is in progress. I order:
1) The Commander of the 12th Army -- to continue the decisive execution of my latest directive, with Mozyr and Olevsk to be occupied no later than June 28. The strike group is to force the River Sluch in the Lyudvinopol-Berezno area and, upon seizing no later than July 3, in conjunction with units of the Cavalry Army, the Kostopol-Rovno area, to vigorously develop the thrust in an outflanking move past Sarny in the general direction of Stepan-Chartoriysk.
2) The Commander of the Cavalry Army, swiftly pursuing the defeated enemy and capturing his equipment and prisoners, is to occupy the Shepetovka area by June 29 and the Rovno area no later than July 3.
3) The Commander of the 14th Army, by a decisive thrust, is to seize the Staro-Konstantinov-Proskurov area no later than June 29; at the same time, by a swift cavalry thrust outflanking the enemy, to separate the Dniester group of the enemy from his remaining forces and, driving it to the Dniester, to liquidate it by a separate defeat, not allowing it to escape across the Galician border.
4) Report receipt and orders issued.

Доблестные части Конармии, форсировав реку Случ и прорвав укрепленную позицию противника с несколькими рядами проволочных заграждений, в 10 час. 27 сего июня захватили Новоград-Волынский и преследуют противника в западном направлении.
Учет взятым трофеям и пленным производится. Приказываю: 1) Командарму 12-й — продолжать решительное выполнение последней моей директивы, причем Мозырь и Олевск занять не позднее 28 июня. Ударной группой форсировать р. Случ в районе Людвинополь — Березно и по овладении не позднее 3 июля совместно с частями Конармии районом Костополь — Ровно, энергично развить удар в обход Сарны в общем направлении Степань — Чарторийск. 2) Командарму Конной, стремительно преследуя разбитого противника, забирая его технику и пленных, занять 29 июня район Шепетовка и не позднее 3 июля район Ровно. 3) Командарму 14-й решительным натиском не позднее 29 июня овладеть районом Старо-Константинов — Проскуров; при этом стремительным ударом конных частей, выиграв фланг, разобщить днестровскую группу противника от остальных его сил и, отбросив ее к Днестру, отдельным поражением ликвидировать таковую, не допустив уйти за Галицийскую границу. 4) О получении и отданных распоряжениях донесите.
