The Poles continue to retreat along the entire front of right-bank Ukraine under the pressure of our forces, destroying railway structures and crossings along the way. Taking into account the overall situation of the forthcoming operation on the main axis, as well as the neighboring 16th Army, which should lead to the capture of Mozyr in the very nearest days, and furthermore the topographical conditions in the Pripyat area, I order:

1) The 24th Division, upon its forward units occupying the Barbarov-Elsk area and upon the forces of the Western Front seizing the Mozyr junction, shall withdraw to the army reserve in the Korosten area.

2) The remaining forces of the army, without regard to the established demarcation line between the 12th and Cavalry Armies, shall advance on the front Sarny-Rovno-Zdolbunovo, with the main strike group of not fewer than three of the most combat-capable divisions deployed on the Rovno axis.

3) The 141st Brigade of the former 47th Division shall be withdrawn for reorganization and reinforcement to the front reserve in the city of Zhitomir.

4) Report receipt and orders issued.
