The following resolution of the CC of the VKP(b) of 4/I-26 is hereby communicated.
Heard: On the secretariat of the LC.
Resolved:
In view of Comrade Yevdokimov's transfer to work in the Secretariat of the CC, in view of Comrade Kuklin's departure from the CC of the VKP, Comrades Tomsky, Molotov, and Yevdokimov are instructed to urgently confer with the bureau of the LC on the immediate organization of the secretariat of the LC, subject to subsequent approval by the CC of the VKP.

Слушали: О секретариате ЛК.
Постановили:
Ввиду перевода т. Евдокимова на работу в Секретариат ЦК, ввиду выбытия т. Куклина из состава ЦК ВКП, поручить тт. Томскому, Молотову и Евдокимову в срочном порядке переговорить с бюро ЛК о немедленной организации секретариата ЛК с последующим утверждением ЦК ВКП.
