The phalanx of school-teachers is one of the most essential units of the great army of working people in our country who are building a new life on the basis of socialism. The path along which the working class is marching to socialism can lead to victory only if the vast masses of the toiling peasantry follow this path and march in step with the working class, only if the working class exercises unrelaxing leadership of the toiling masses. The village school-teacher must realise that if there is no such leadership there can be no proletarian dictatorship, and if there is no such dictatorship, our country cannot be free and independent. To become one of the links that connect the peasant masses with the working class—such is the chief task of the village school-teacher if he really wants to serve the cause of his people, to serve the cause of its freedom and
independence.

Фаланга народных учителей составляет одну из самых необходимых частей великой
армии трудящихся нашей страны, строящих новую жизнь на основе социализма.
Путь, которым идет рабочий класс к социализму, только в том случае может быть
победоносным, если трудовые массы многомиллионного крестьянства будут следовать
по нему нога в ногу с рабочим классом, если руководство трудящимися массами со
стороны рабочего класса будет проводиться в жизнь неуклонно.
Сельский учитель должен знать, что без такого руководства не может быть
диктатуры пролетариата, а без такой диктатуры не может быть наша страна
свободной и независимой.
Стать одним из звеньев, связующих крестьянские массы с рабочим классом, – вот
главная задача сельского учителя, если он действительно хочет служить делу
своего народа, делу его свободы и независимости.

La falange de los maestros de escuela constituye una de las unidades más necesarias del gran ejército de los trabajadores de nuestro país, que edifican la nueva vida sobre bases socialistas. El camino por el cual va la clase obrera hacia al socialismo sólo puede ser victorioso si los millones y millones de campesinos trabajadores marchan por él hombro con hombro con la clase obrera, si la clase obrera ejerce en todo momento la dirección de las masas trabajadoras. El maestro rural debe saber que sin esa dirección es imposible la dictadura del proletariado, y sin dictadura del proletariado nuestro país no puede ser libre ni independiente. Ser uno de los eslabones que ligan las masas campesinas con la clase obrera: tal es la primera tarea del maestro rural, si es que quiere de veras servir a la causa del pueblo, a la causa de su libertad e independencia.
