1) We will talk about China when I arrive. You did not understand my letter. The letter says that one cannot consider an interval excluded, but this does not yet mean that one can consider a new upsurge in the nearest period excluded. In short, we will talk when I arrive. You have decided, it turns out, to circulate to members and candidates of the CC and CCC the documents of the opposition. But what are you counterposing from your side to these documents? Surely not just Bukharin's latest article? But it is, after all, completely insufficient! Circulating the documents in this way is disadvantageous.
2) Your haste regarding the formalization of diplomatic relations with Chiang Kai-shek makes a bad impression. What is this — a curtsy to Chamberlain, or something else of the sort? Where does such haste come from?
3) I will be in Moscow on Saturday the 23rd, in the morning. I wanted to postpone for another two days, but the weather here is starting to turn bad.

1) О Китае поговорим по приезде. Ты не понял моего письма. В письме говорится о том, что нельзя считать
исключенным
интервал, но это еще не значит, что
можно
считать исключенным новый подъем в
ближайший
период. Словом, поговорим по приезде. У вас решено, оказывается, разослать
членам
и
кандидатам
ЦК и ЦКК документы оппозиции. Но что противопоставляете вы от себя этим документам? Неужели только последнюю статью Бухарина? Но она, ведь, совершенно недостаточна!
Так
рассылать документы невыгодно.
2) Плохое впечатление производит ваша торопливость насчет
оформления
дипломатических отношений с ЧКШ. Что это — реверанс Чемберлену, или что-либо другое в этом роде? Откуда такая торопливость?
3) Буду в Москве 23 утром в субботу. Хотел отложить еще на два дня, но погода начинает здесь портиться.
