A la primera promoción de la academia industrial
The training of new cadres for socialist industry from the ranks of the working class and the labouring people generally, cadres capable of providing social and political, as well as production and technical, leadership for our enterprises, is a cardinal task of the moment. Unless this task is fulfilled, it will be impossible to convert the U.S.S.R. from a backward into an advanced country, from an agrarian into an industrial country, into a country of electricity and metal, of machines and tractors.
The Industrial Academy is one of the most important workshops for training such cadres in our country. The first contingent of graduates of the Industrial Academy is its first arrow launched into the camp of our enemies, into the camp of production routine and technical backwardness. Let us hope that the new leaders of industry who are today quitting the walls of the Academy will display in practice exemplary labour enthusiasm and genuinely revolutionary activity in promoting a Bolshevik tempo of constructive work.
Greetings to the first graduates of the Industrial Academy, which is providing the country with a new Bolshevik detachment of leaders of our socialist industry, leaders fortified with technical knowledge.

Выработка новых кадров социалистической промышленности из людей рабочего класса
и вообще трудящихся, способных руководить предприятиями как
общественно-политически, так и производственно-технически, – является
первостепенной задачей момента.
Без выполнения этой задачи невозможно осуществить превращение СССР из страны
отсталой в страну передовую, из страны аграрной в страну индустриальную, в
страну электрификации и металла, в страну машин и тракторов.
Промакадемия есть одна из важнейших кузниц нашей страны для выработки таких кадров.
Первый выпуск Промакадемии есть первая ее стрела, пущенная в лагерь наших
врагов, в лагерь производственной рутины и технической отсталости.
Будем надеяться, что новые руководители промышленности, покидающие сегодня стены
Академии, покажут на деле образцы трудового энтузиазма и подлинно-революционной
работы по проведению в жизнь большевистских темпов строительства.
Привет первому выпуску Промакадемии, дающей стране новый, подкованный
техническими знаниями, большевистский отряд руководителей нашей социалистической
промышленности.

La preparación de cuadros nuevos de la industria socialista procedentes del seno de la clase obrera y de los trabajadores en general, capaces de dirigir las empresas tanto en el sentido social y político como en el de producción y técnico, es una tarea primordial del momento. Sin cumplir esa tarea, es imposible transformar la U.R.S.S. de país atrasado en país adelantado, de país agrario en país industrial, en país de la electricidad y del metal, en país de máquinas y de tractores. La Academia Industrial es una de las forjas más importantes de nuestro país para la capacitación de esos cuadros. La primera promoción de la Academia Industrial es la primera flecha que dispara al campo de nuestros enemigos, al campo de la rutina en la producción y del atraso técnico. Confiemos en que los nuevos dirigentes de la industria, que hoy abandonan los muros de la Academia, darán ejemplos prácticos de entusiasmo en el trabajo y de auténtica actividad revolucionaria para aplicar el ritmo bolchevique de edificación. Un saludo a la primera promoción de la Academia Industrial, que proporciona al país un nuevo destacamento bolchevique de dirigentes de nuestra industria socialista bien pertrechados de conocimientos técnicos.
