Las condiciones del trabajo me impiden alejarme de Moscú y por eso no puedo, desgraciadamente, atender vuestro ruego de asistir a la inauguración de la central eléctrica del Dniéper. Un caluroso saludo y mis felicitaciones a los obreros y al personal dirigente de la constructora por la feliz terminación de esta gran obra histórica. Un fuerte apretón de manos a los trabajadores de choque de la constructora, gloriosos héroes de la edificación del socialismo. J. Stalin.
