The Central Committee of the C.P.S.U.(B.) marks with great satisfaction the victory won by the workers and the administrative and technical personnel of the AMO Automobile Works. Where the Russian capitalists could only build automobile workshops with a backward technique, a low productivity of labour and barbarous methods of exploitation, there has arisen a powerful giant plant capable of producing 25,000 motor lorries and employing all the achievements of modern technology. Your victory is the victory of all the working people in our country. The C.C. of the C.P.S.U.(B.) expresses its firm conviction that this first great victory of yours will be followed by others: by mastery of the works’ new technical equipment, steady fulfilment of the production programme, lowering of production costs and high quality of output.

С большим удовлетворением ЦК ВКП(б) отмечает победу рабочих и
административно-технического персонала завода “АМО”. Там, где русские
капиталисты могли построить автомобильные мастерские с отсталой техникой, с
низкой производительностью труда, с варварскими приемами эксплуатации, создан
могучий гигант с производительностью в 25000 грузовых машин, с применением всех
достижений современной техники. Ваша победа – это победа всех трудящихся нашей
страны. ЦК ВКП(б) выражает непоколебимую уверенность, что за этой первой большой
победой последуют ваши другие победы: освоение новой техники завода, неуклонное
выполнение производственной программы, снижение издержек производства и высокое
качество продукции.

El C.C. del P.C.(b) de la U.R.S.S. señala con gran satisfacción la victoria de los obreros y del personal técnico y administrativo de la fábrica “AMO”. Allí donde los capitalistas rusos construyeron talleres automovilísticos con una técnica atrasada, con una baja productividad del trabajo, con bárbaros medios de explotación, ha sido creado un poderoso gigante con una productividad de 25.000 camiones, dotado de todos los adelantos de la técnica moderna. Vuestra victoria es una victoria de todos los trabajadores de nuestro, país. El C.C. del P.C.(b) de la U.R.S.S. expresa la firme seguridad de que a esta primera gran victoria añadiréis otras victorias: el dominio de la nueva maquinaria de la fábrica, el cumplimiento riguroso del programa de producción, el descenso de los gastos de producción y una elevada calidad de ésta.
