Molotov!
I have read only the sections on "dumping" and "forced" labor. The chapter on "dumping" is good. The chapter on "forced" labor is incomplete, insufficient. See my remarks and corrections in the text.

P.S. Regarding the labor of kulaks who are not prisoners, either nothing should be said at all, or it must be specifically explained, with documentary evidence, that among the deported kulaks only those who wish to work do so, and on the terms of free hired labor.

Читал только о “демпинге” и “принудительном” труде. Глава о “демпинге” хороша. Глава о “принудительном” труде не полна, недостаточна. Замечания и поправки смотри в тексте.

P.S. О труде кулаков, как не заключенных, либо вовсе не нужно говорить, либо надо особо и документально разъяснить, что из выселенных кулаков работают лишь
желающие
и притом на правах вольнонаемного труда.
