Warm greetings to the masters of the historic motor rally. Through their persistent and heroic work, the participants of the motor rally have demonstrated the high quality of Soviet drivers, standard Soviet automobiles, and tires, and have blazed new trails for the Soviet automobile.
We are submitting a petition to the Central Executive Committee of the USSR for the awarding of the Order of Lenin to the participants of the motor rally as having brilliantly fulfilled an important assignment of Soviet power.
