The Stavka considers the tactics of the Leningrad Front to be ruinous for the front. The Leningrad Front is occupied with one thing only -- how to retreat and find new lines for retreat. Is it not time to put an end to these heroes of retreat? The Stavka authorizes you to retreat for the last time and demands that the Leningrad Front summon the spirit to honestly and steadfastly carry out the task of defending Leningrad.

Ставка считает тактику Ленинградского фронта пагубной для фронта. Ленинградский фронт занят только одним — как бы отступить и найти новые рубежи для отступления. Не пора ли кончать с героями отступления? Ставка последний раз разрешает вам отступить и требует, чтобы Ленинградский фронт набрался духу честно и стойко отстаивать дело обороны Ленинграда.
