Please convey to the Marshal that I earnestly ask him to agree to the Stavka's proposal concerning the transfer of the 2nd Cavalry Corps to the disposal of the Stavka. I know that this will be a great sacrifice from the standpoint of the interests of the Southwestern Front. But I ask you to make this sacrifice.
