State Defense Committee Resolution No. 1289s of February 16, 1942, on the Distribution of Responsibilities Among Members of the State Defense Committee
In supplement to GKO Resolutions No. 1241s and No. 1271s, the State Defense Committee resolves:
To additionally assign to Comrade Beria: oversight of the production of mortar weapons and the fulfillment of orders for mortar weapons.
To additionally assign to Comrade Voznesensky: oversight of the People's Commissariat of the Iron and Steel Industry and the People's Commissariat of the Electrical Industry.

Во изменение постановления ГОКО от 4.II “О распределении обязанностей между
членами Государственного Комитета Обороны” возложить на т. Маленкова Г.М.:
а) контроль за выполнением решений ГОКО по производству самолетов и моторов и
подготовку соответствующих вопросов;
б) контроль за выполнением решений ГОКО по работе ВВС КА (формирование
авиаполков, своевременная их переброска на фронт, оргвопросы и вопросы зарплаты)
и подготовку соответствующих вопросов.
