I am in receipt of your message advising me that passports have been issued to Dr. Lange and Father Orlemański.
Although Soviet
transport facilities are greatly overtaxed, we shall make transport available for Lange and Orlemański. The Soviet Government regards the Lange and Orlemański visit to the Soviet Union as a visit by two

private persons.
