Message to H. Truman (Correspondence Vol. 2, No. 382)

Thank you for your message of December 8, 1945. You may rest assured that I, too, should like to cooperate with you so that the forthcoming conference of the three Ministers in Moscow will yield the results desired for the benefit of our common cause. I shall shortly be in Moscow and am willing to talk with Mr Byrnes in all candour.
