On the occasion of the third. anniversary of the
signing of the Friendship and Support Treaty between the U.S.S.R. and the Mongolian People’ s Republic

To the Prime Minister of the Mongolian People’s Republic, Marshal Tshoibalsan.

I thank you, and in your person, the government of the Mongolian People’s Republic for the warm congratulations on the third anniversary of the Treaty of Friendship and Support concluded between our countries.

I am convinced that because of this treaty the further development of cooperation between our countries will broaden and strengthen the basis of friendship between our peoples and will promote their prosperity.
