Comrade Chairman, please accept my gratitude for the feelings expressed by you in relation to the Soviet people and the Soviet Army on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of the victory over the Japanese imperialists.
A great role in this historic victory was played by the Chinese people and their People’s Liberation Army whose heroism and selflessness facilitated the cause of liquidating the Japanese aggression.
The great friendship between the Soviet Union and the Chinese People’s Republic is a firm guarantee against the threat of new aggression, a mighty bulwark of peace in the Far East and throughout the world.
Please accept, Comrade Chairman, the congratulations of the Soviet Union and of the Soviet Army on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of the liberation of the Chinese people from the yoke of Japanese imperialism.
