The Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR informs you that from January 30 to February 2, a General Assembly of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR will be held in Moscow to discuss the principal measures for the development of scientific research in the institutions of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, on the basis of the decisions of the 19th Congress of the CPSU and the foundational ideas of the brilliant new work by J.V. Stalin, "Economic Problems of Socialism in the USSR."
